Skye is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, where she studied Marketing while obtaining a Bachelor of Business Administration. Post-graduation, she has worked in Brand Marketing and has several years of experience working in customer service. Skye works to expand Xceed’s footprint across Southeastern Wisconsin and maintain relationships with referring clinics.

Carrie has been in the medical and customer service field for over 10 years. Carrie verifies insurance coverage benefits for each individual client. She obtains the qualifying paperwork prior to scheduling, to ensure a positive experience at Xceed Medical.
Frank Ledezma
Certified Pedorthist
Frank has been working in the Orthopedic Shoe Industry for over 40 years starting in his father’s shop in Santa Clara, CA. He is a graduate of Ball State University and Northwestern University. He set up and was an integral part of numerous Pedorthist and central fabrication departments for three major medical companies in the U.S. His expertise is in biomechanics, design and foot orthotics fabrication, patient assessment, and evaluations of lower extremity orthotic management.
Paul Fitzpatrick, MK, COF
Fitting Services
Paul has 8 years in the medical field and customer service. He is a graduate of Carroll University where he studied Athletic Training and is continuing his postgraduate education in Kinesiology with an emphasis in injury prevention and corrective prescription. Paul measures, fits and instructs our patients, ensuring that they have a positive outcome with their medical needs at Xceed Medical.

With over 10 years of experience, I am a skilled fitter specializing in compression garments and post-mastectomy supplies. I am deeply passionate about helping my patients feel comfortable, supported, and confident throughout their recovery journey. By combining expert knowledge with compassionate care, I strive to ensure that every fitting is tailored to each individual’s unique needs.

Hope has recently joined the Xceed Medical team. She has been working in customer service for almost 10 years. She is currently working towards obtaining her orthotic fitter certification. Some of her many strengths are attention to detail and patient care. She strives to provide the best patient experience by listening to their needs, measuring and fitting them appropriately, and making sure they understand all aspects of the product in which they are receiving.
